Tan Hua Inc. 11th Tea Gathering Brings Warmth and Flavor

Tan Hua Inc. hosted its 11th Tea Gathering this past Saturday, with a full house of guests enjoying a cozy and lively afternoon together. Owner Fanny Tam personally prepared a pot of Mushroom and Herbal Chicken Soup, offering everyone a special taste of wellness.

The soup was made with a variety of premium ingredients, including morel mushrooms, velvet mushrooms, Brazilian mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, cordyceps flowers, snow fungus, white fungus, lotus seeds, fox nuts, longan, and chicken. A highlight of the dish was the newly arrived white fungus, which had a soft yet crunchy texture that impressed everyone.

Health benefits of the soup included:
