譚華參茸行（TanHua Inc）第十四期茶會活動於本週順利舉行，共有 14 位社區民眾參加。活動中準備了養生「秋冬潤肺湯（Autumn & Winter Moisturizing Herbal Soup）」，由門店以多種優質藥材精心熬製，深受參與者喜愛。

本次湯品採用海底椰、沙參、玉竹、百合、蓮子、無花果、雪梨乾及豬腱肉等八種食材，經過長時間細火慢煲，滋味清甜、潤而不燥，十分適合秋冬季節飲用。

食材配方（Ingredients）

海底椰 20g（Sea Coconut）
沙參 20g（Glehnia Root）
玉竹 20g（Polygonatum）
百合（乾）20g（Dried Lily Bulb）
蓮子（去芯）20g（Lotus Seeds, de-cored）
無花果 3–4 顆（Dried Figs）
雪梨乾 30g（Dried Asian Pear）
豬腱肉／豬展肉 300g（Pork Shank / Pork Ham）

煲湯步驟（Cooking Steps）

食材準備
- 豬腱切塊後汆燙 1–2 分鐘
- 其餘食材洗淨，蓮子提前浸泡
煲制
- 將所有材料放入鍋中
- 加入約 2000 ml 清水
- 大火煮 20 分鐘，再改小火煲 1 小時
調味
- 建議不加鹽，保持清潤口感
- 如有需要，可少量添加

TanHua Inc’s 14th Tea Gathering Successfully Held - Autumn & Winter Herbal Soup Was a Big Hit

TanHua Inc hosted its 14th tea gathering this week, welcoming 14 community members. The highlight of the event was a nourishing Autumn & Winter Moisturizing Herbal Soup, slow-cooked with a variety of premium herbs. The soup was well-received and especially enjoyed during the cool season.

The recipe includes eight main ingredients: sea coconut, glehnia root, polygonatum, dried lily bulb, lotus seeds, dried figs, dried Asian pear, and pork shank. The soup is lightly sweet, soothing, and perfect for fall and winter.

Ingredients

Sea Coconut – 20g
Glehnia Root – 20g
Polygonatum – 20g
Dried Lily Bulb – 20g
Lotus Seeds (de-cored) – 20g
Dried Figs – 3–4 pcs
Dried Asian Pear – 30g
Pork Shank / Pork Ham – 300g

Benefits

Moistens the lungs and helps relieve dry cough and throat dryness

How to Cook

Prep

Cut pork shank into pieces and blanch for 1–2 minutes
Rinse all other ingredients; soak lotus seeds in advance

Simmer

Put everything into a pot
Add about 2000 ml of water
Bring to a boil for 20 minutes, then simmer on low heat for 1 hour

Seasoning

Usually no salt is added to keep the soup light and soothing
If needed, add just a tiny pinch
