最近和朋友相約到 D&Y Chinese Food 楊記中餐 吃晚飯，幾個人一起點了滿滿一桌招牌菜，每一道都誠意十足、味道在線。

先說他們的招牌燒肉，皮脆肉香、肥瘦適中，入口帶著油脂香氣卻不膩口；甜酸豬扒酸甜開胃，外酥裡嫩，是大人小孩都喜歡的經典口味；廣東兩面黃煎得金黃酥脆，搭配醬汁軟中帶脆，口感層次豐富，abc小孩摯愛。貴妃雞肉質細嫩；苦瓜牛肉火候恰到好處，苦瓜清爽回甘，牛肉滑嫩入味。這次還特別試了新推出的川菜系列——水煮魚，麻辣鮮香，喜歡吃辣的朋友一定過癮。

在這裡特別想推薦的是老闆娘介紹我們的 新鮮立魚豆腐煲。一大煲份量十足，裡面有新鮮游水立魚、豆腐、燒肉、雪豆和洋蔥。立魚先煎封過，鎖住水分，外皮微脆、裡面嫩滑，再勾芡讓魚肉緊緊裹住醬汁，一口咬下既有醬香又有魚肉的鮮嫩。肉類與蔬菜搭配均衡，健康又美味，特別下飯，同行朋友都一致好評，絕對是值得推薦的招牌之一，老闆說今天已經好幾桌客人要求點這個菜。

另外我個人很喜歡他們的 酸湯肥牛，酸、甜、微辣的口味非常開胃，湯頭濃郁好喝。肥牛搭配金針菇，肉質嫩滑，每一口都很下飯，也是讓人想再點一次的菜式。

整體來說，D&Y 楊記中餐不僅菜式選擇多，份量實在，味道也穩定，是聚餐吃飯的好去處。大家下次想吃地道粵菜和川菜，不妨去試試，相信會有驚喜。

D&Y Chinese Food: Must Try Live Fish Tofu Hot Pot

Recently, I went to D&Y Chinese Food for dinner with some friends. We ordered a full table of signature dishes, and every dish was made with care and packed with flavor.

First, their signature roast pork was perfectly balanced crispy skin, tender meat, and just the right amount of fat. It was flavorful without being greasy. The sweet and sour pork was tangy and appetizing, crispy on the outside and tender inside definitely a classic that both kids and adults love. The Cantonese style noodle was golden and crispy, soft inside, with a nice sauce coating my friend’s kids absolutely adored it. The imperial chicken was tender and juicy, while the bitter melon with beef was cooked just right, with the bitter melon refreshing and slightly sweet, and the beef tender and flavorful. We also tried their new Sichuan dish, spicy boiled fish, which was numbing, spicy, and aromatic perfect for those who love a bit of heat.

One dish I especially want to recommend is the fresh live fish and tofu hot pot, introduced by the owner. This large pot was loaded with fresh live fish, tofu, roast pork, snow peas, and onions. The fish was seared first to lock in the juices, giving it a slightly crispy exterior while keeping the inside tender. The sauce coated every bite of fish perfectly, so each mouthful was both flavorful and silky. The combination of meat and vegetables made it healthy, tasty, and perfect with rice. All my friends agreed it was amazing, and the owner said several tables had already asked for this dish today it’s definitely a must try signature item.

Another favorite of mine was the sour soup with fatty beef. It had a perfect balance of sour, sweet, and a hint of spice, making it very appetizing. The rich soup paired with tender beef and enoki mushrooms made every bite incredibly satisfying and a perfect dish to eat with rice.

Overall, D&Y Chinese Restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, generous portions, and consistent flavors. It’s a great spot for a group dinner. If you’re looking for authentic Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit you’re in for a treat!
