Asian Cultural Engagement(ACE)于11月10日晚出席了在 Grace Community Church 举行的 CARE Inc. 20周年庆典晚会,共同见证这一具有里程碑意义的时刻。活动主题为 “Draw A Bigger Circle: Empowering Communities of CARE”,吸引了超过200位来自亚利桑那州各地的政界、商界与非营利机构领袖齐聚一堂,庆祝CARE Inc.二十年来在社区建设与关怀方面取得的成就。

庆典活动内容丰富,包括 社交酒会、精彩表演 以及 社区领袖颁奖典礼,现场气氛热烈温馨。

ACE会长 Lola Szeto 她表示:“我们非常荣幸能与CARE Inc.共同庆祝这一重要时刻。ACE始终相信文化交流与社会关怀的力量,携手合作让亚利桑那的社区更加团结与美好。”

ACE志愿者及 ACE青年大使(ACE Youth Ambassadors) 也为活动提供了重要支持,他们以热情与行动展示了亚裔社群的凝聚力与服务精神。

ACE成员 Sam(又名“Dragon Sam”) 表示:“我们是社区的心脏。感谢每一位有爱心、有行动力的朋友,团结、善意与团队精神,让我们的社区更强大!God bless!”


Sam 也表达了他对几位长期支持社区的领导人的深切敬意与友谊,包括 Jon McHatton(创办人兼前国会议员)、钱德勒市长 Kevin Hartke、前国会议员 Matt Salmon、坦佩市长 Corey Woods以尊敬的 John Lewis。他表示:“这些杰出的人士多年来一直激励着我。连接政府与社区,正是我们真正创造改变的方式。”

此次活动不仅庆祝了CARE Inc.二十年的发展历程,也彰显了ACE与各界共同推动多元文化交流与社区关怀的坚定承诺。

Asian Cultural Engagement (ACE) Joined CARE Inc.’s 20th Anniversary Celebration


On the evening of November 10, Asian Cultural Engagement (ACE) joined the celebration of CARE Inc.’s 20th Anniversary at Grace Community Church, marking a meaningful milestone for the organization.

The event, themed “Draw A Bigger Circle: Empowering Communities of CARE,” brought together more than 200 leaders from Arizona’s civic, faith, business, and nonprofit communities to honor CARE Inc.’s two decades of service and impact.

The evening featured a networking reception, wonderful performances, and an award ceremony recognizing community leaders who have made a difference. The atmosphere was both lively and heartwarming.

ACE President Lola Szeto shared, “We are honored to celebrate this important milestone with CARE Inc. ACE believes deeply in the power of cultural connection and community care. Working together, we can make Arizona a stronger and more united community.”

ACE volunteers and Youth Ambassadors also played an active role in supporting the event, showing the unity and passion of the Asian community through their dedication and teamwork.

ACE would like to give special thanks to all sponsors and donors who made this event possible, including Yama Sushi, Chi Hing, Dragon Wok, Gila Cabinet (Mike Nie), and individual supporters Zongfu Li, Ning Wu, Han Wong (Golden Jade Jewelry), Shan Jiang (Green Apple), Lesley Yuan, and Mei Guarino.

ACE also expressed heartfelt appreciation to Mr. & Mrs. Li and many community friends for their warm support.

ACE member Sam (also known as “Dragon Sam”) said, “We are the heart of the community. Thank you to everyone with a caring heart and strong spirit, your kindness, teamwork, and generosity make our community stronger. God bless!”


Sam also expressed his deep respect and friendship with long time community leaders , Jon McHatton (Founder and former Congressman), Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke, former Congressman Matt Salmon, Tempe Mayor Corey Woods, and Honorable John Lewis, noting: “These great people have inspired me for many years. Bridging government and community is how we truly make a difference.”


ACE also celebrated its next generation of leaders. ACE Youth President Brad Wu (also a member of the Chandler Mayor’s Youth Commission) and Vice President Justin Yuan are helping lead the youth team with energy and vision. ACE warmly welcomed Amanda Wong as a new Youth Ambassador, joining a growing group of passionate young leaders. “I’m proud to see our youth becoming more active and engaged in the community,” said Szeto. “Their involvement represents hope and the future of ACE.”

Asian Cultural Engagement is always happy to promote and embrace culture. Looking ahead, ACE will host the first Asian Cultural Engagement Gala Night next year! Everyone is welcome to join our event committee group, your ideas and input will help make this gala a wonderful celebration of cultural unity and community spirit. President Lola Szeto also announced plans to host the Cancer Society Charity Event again next year, inviting everyone to take part and continue supporting this meaningful cause.


The celebration not only marked CARE Inc.’s 20 years of growth and service but also highlighted ACE’s commitment to promoting cultural engagement, compassion, and community connections across Arizona.
