近日，位于Mesa的谭华参茸行 TAN HUA INC成功举办第24期“品茶话养生”主题茶会，吸引众多社区居民参与。本期茶会不仅延续了以茶养生、交流健康理念的传统内容，店主 Fanny 更特别为来宾现场展示了太极拳，将中华传统养生文化生动呈现。

活动当天，Fanny 还精心准备了养生甜品“Sweet Dreams Snow Fungus Dessert 安神润颜银耳莲子羹”，深受大家喜爱。该甜品选用百合、莲子、雪耳、红枣、枸杞与桂圆等天然食材，口感清甜柔和，具有润泽养颜、宁心安神的特点，适合作为日常滋养的温润甜汤。不少参与者在品尝后表示，这道甜品不仅美味，更让人感到身心放松。

Fanny 还为大家带来了新茶叶产品：雨前龙井，并现场进行功夫茶表演。她一边细致讲解冲泡技巧，一边示范从温杯、投茶到出汤的每一个步骤，让来宾更深入了解中国茶文化的讲究与韵味。茶汤清澈明亮，入口清新回甘，带着淡雅的清香，让人回味悠长。

TAN HUA INC Hosts 24th Tea Gathering, Blending Tea Culture with Tai Chi Wellness

Recently, TAN HUA INC, located in Mesa, successfully held its 24th “Tea & Wellness” gathering, attracting many members of the local community. This session continued its tradition of promoting health through tea and open conversation, while owner Fanny added a special highlight by demonstrating Tai Chi in person, bringing traditional Chinese wellness culture to life.

Many attendees shared that this new addition was both refreshing and practical, and expressed interest in joining again in the future. Tai Chi is known for its gentle and easy to learn movements, along with a wide range of health benefits. These include improving blood circulation, enhancing flexibility and balance, relieving stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, and boosting focus and overall immunity. With regular practice, it can help improve coordination and overall well being, making it suitable for people of all ages.

According to the organizers, Tai Chi will become a regular feature at future tea gatherings, helping more people incorporate healthy habits into their daily lives.

During the event, Fanny also prepared a nourishing dessert called “Sweet Dreams Snow Fungus Dessert,” which was a big hit among guests. Made with natural ingredients such as lily bulbs, lotus seeds, snow fungus, red dates, goji berries, and longan, the dessert has a light, mildly sweet taste. It is known for its hydrating and calming properties, making it a comforting and healthy treat. Many guests said it was not only delicious but also helped them feel relaxed and refreshed.

Fanny also introduced a new tea product :Pre Qingming Longjing (Dragon Well green tea) and gave a live Gongfu tea demonstration. She carefully explained each step of the brewing process, from warming the cups to adding the tea leaves and pouring the tea, helping guests better appreciate the depth of Chinese tea culture. The tea was clear and bright, with a fresh, smooth taste and a delicate aroma that lingered pleasantly.

With Mother’s Day approaching, TAN HUA INC is also offering special promotions to thank customers for their support. American Wisconsin ginseng (Prince of Peace brand) is available for $125 per 10 packs (3 oz per pack).
