活动中，谭华参茸行东主 Fanny 亲自为来宾准备了一款润肺养颜补气养生汤。她介绍，这道汤品足足慢火熬煮了三个多小时，希望将食材的精华充分释放。该汤以止咳润肺、益气健脾、理气和胃、滋养养颜、温润平衡为主要特点，入口温润顺喉，广受现场嘉宾好评。多位参与者在品尝后纷纷分享各自煲汤与日常调理的心得。

除了养生汤，Fanny 还向大家介绍并示范了人参乌龙茶（Ginseng Oolong Tea）。她表示，这款茶将乌龙茶的清香与人参的温润风味相结合，口感温和顺喉、回甘自然，不苦不涩，非常适合日常饮用与初尝养生茶的新手。该茶被认为有助于润喉生津、温和提神、不刺激肠胃，并适合饭后饮用以帮助消化，整体风味平衡，深受现场嘉宾喜爱。Fanny 更即席进行茶艺展示，让大家在品茗之余，也感受到传统茶文化的魅力。

本次活动的另一大亮点，是 Fanny 的好友 Jane 到场分享个人经历。Jane 表示，在接受癌症治疗期间，因身体与嗓音状况影响，连自己最热爱的唱歌也一度无法继续，让她情绪十分低落。后来在 Fanny 的建议下饮用为她调配的养生茶，身体状况逐渐改善，嗓音也慢慢恢复。当天，Jane 特别现场为大家带来口琴演奏与歌唱表演，悠扬的旋律与真挚的歌声感动全场，赢得热烈掌声。

TanHua Inc. Holds Its 17th “Tea & Wellness” Gathering with Nearly 40 Guests

TanHua Inc. recently hosted its 17th “Tea & Wellness” gathering, attracting nearly 40 wellness enthusiasts. The event set up four tables and was packed with guests, creating a lively and warm atmosphere. The turnout highlighted the community’s continued interest in traditional Chinese wellness culture.

During the event, Fanny, the owner of TanHua Inc., personally prepared a Lung Nourishing, Beauty Enhancing, Qi Boosting Health Soup for the guests. She explained that the soup was simmered for over three hours to fully release the essence of the ingredients. The soup is designed to soothe the lungs and relieve cough, boost qi and strengthen the spleen, regulate qi and harmonize the stomach, and nourish both health and beauty. Guests praised its smooth and comforting taste, and many shared their own soup-making tips and daily wellness practices.

In addition to the soup, Fanny introduced and demonstrated Ginseng Oolong Tea. She explained that this tea combines the fragrant aroma of oolong with the gentle flavor of ginseng, creating a smooth, slightly sweet taste that is easy to drink and not bitter. It is ideal for daily consumption, gentle on the stomach, helps digestion after meals, and provides a mild energy boost without jitters. Guests enjoyed both the flavor and the tea demonstration, gaining a deeper appreciation of traditional tea culture.

Every gathering also features a special flower tea personally blended by Fanny using seven natural ingredients. This tea, with its pleasant aroma and smooth taste, is always a favorite among guests, and many purchased it to enjoy at home.

A highlight of this session was Fanny’s friend Jane, who shared her personal wellness story. During her cancer treatment, Jane lost her voice and could not sing her favorite hobby leaving her feeling very low. After following Fanny’s recommendation and drinking her specially blended wellness tea, Jane gradually regained her strength and recovered her singing voice. At the event, she performed both the harmonica and singing for the guests, and her heartfelt performance received enthusiastic applause.
