譚華參茸行（Tan Hua Inc）日前成功舉辦第十八期「茶話會」活動，吸引共23位顧客到場參與。活動氣氛輕鬆溫馨，參加者一邊品嚐滋補湯水與茶飲，一邊交流日常養生心得，反應熱烈。

是次茶話會由譚華參茸行東主 Fanny 親自下廚，精心熬製一款老火靚湯，主打潤肺養顏、補氣養生，特別適合季節交替時調理身體。湯品用料講究，選用多款傳統養生食材，包括陳皮、雪耳、無花果、沙參、雪梨乾、玉竹頭片、淮山、栗子及蟲草花，經長時間慢火燉煮，湯色清潤，口感溫和。

不少參與的顧客表示，湯水味道自然清甜，飲後感覺舒適順喉，亦對食材搭配及煲湯技巧表現出濃厚興趣。Fanny 亦於現場分享選材心得及日常養生建議，讓顧客在輕鬆交流中加深對中式滋補文化的了解。

譚華參茸行表示，茶話會活動旨在拉近與顧客之間的距離，透過實際體驗推廣正確養生觀念。未來將繼續舉辦相關活動，與更多顧客分享健康生活的理念。

Tan Hua Inc Hosts 18th Tea Gathering with Nourishing Herbal Soup

Tan Hua Inc recently hosted its 18th Tea Gathering, welcoming a total of 23 customers. The event was held in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, where guests enjoyed nourishing soup and tea while exchanging tips and experiences on daily wellness and healthy living.

For this gathering, Tan Hua Inc owner Fanny personally prepared a traditional slow simmered herbal soup, designed to support lung health, enhance skin nourishment, and boost overall vitality especially suitable for body care during seasonal changes. The soup was carefully made with a selection of traditional wellness ingredients, including dried tangerine peel, snow fungus, dried figs, adenophora root, dried snow pear, polygonatum root slices, Chinese yam, chestnuts, and cordyceps flowers. Slowly cooked over low heat, the soup was light, clear, and gently soothing in taste.

Many participants shared that the soup had a naturally mild sweetness and was smooth and comforting to drink. Guests also expressed strong interest in the ingredient combinations and soup making techniques. During the event, Fanny shared her insights on ingredient selection and everyday wellness tips, helping guests gain a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese herbal nourishment in a relaxed and friendly setting.

Tan Hua Inc stated that the Tea Gathering aims to strengthen connections with customers while promoting practical and healthy lifestyle concepts through hands on experiences.
