Tan Hua Inc. Successfully Hosts Its 26th Free Wellness Tea Gathering

Tan Hua Inc. recently hosted its 26th Free Wellness Tea Gathering, attracting nearly 20 attendees, all of whom were participating for the first time. Guests from a variety of backgrounds came together with a shared interest in Chinese tea culture, natural herbal wellness, and traditional health practices. Many expressed a desire to improve their overall well-being through natural and holistic approaches to health.

The event began with a Tai Chi demonstration by Tan Hua owner Fanny, who introduced the traditional Chinese wellness philosophy of balancing movement and inner well being. The gathering was followed by an energetic Lion Dance performance by her nephew, Zhiyun, which brought excitement and a festive atmosphere to the event.

Fanny also prepared a special herbal soup, featuring Solomon's Seal Rhizome, dried lily bulbs, Job's tears, Chinese yam, cactus flower, dried figs, dried conch slices, sea coconut, and pork. The nourishing soup was well received by attendees for its light, naturally sweet flavor and its traditional wellness benefits.

In addition to the nourishing herbal soup, Fanny introduced a new tea product, Pre Qingming Longjing (Dragon Well) Tea, and gave a traditional Gongfu tea demonstration. As she carefully explained the brewing techniques, she guided guests through each step from warming the teaware and measuring the tea leaves to pouring and serving the tea. The demonstration offered attendees a deeper appreciation of the artistry and traditions behind Chinese tea culture. The tea produced a clear, bright liquor with a fresh, delicate aroma and a smooth, lingering sweetness.

During the gathering, Fanny shared her experience in natural wellness and herbal care. She explained that many people today consume large amounts of barbecue, fried foods, and spicy foods, which may contribute to skin problems, fatigue, and other discomforts. She recommended herbal flower teas as part of a healthy lifestyle and daily wellness routine.

One attendee from Arizona State University shared that she had struggled with acne for some time. After drinking one of Fanny's specially blended flower teas for about two weeks, she noticed a significant improvement in her skin condition. Several other guests also commented that the teas were not only enjoyable to drink but also helped them feel refreshed and balanced.

Fanny emphasized the importance of maintaining overall wellness and taking care of the body's internal balance. She noted that many customers have reported increased energy and improved well-being after following personalized herbal recommendations and incorporating herbal teas into their daily routines. Some have even referred family members and friends after experiencing positive results themselves.

The free wellness tea gatherings have now been held continuously for over fifteen months. According to Fanny, her goal is to share knowledge about Chinese herbal wellness and help more people improve their quality of life through natural approaches. Seeing customers become healthier and more energetic has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

During the event, Fanny also introduced Black Goji Berries and demonstrated how they produce different colors when brewed with tap water, filtered water, and hot water. Guests were fascinated by the visual changes and learned about the berry's unique characteristics and traditional uses.

Looking ahead, Tan Hua will host a "Friends in Asian Community Meet & Greet" event on June 13. The gathering will feature U.S. Congressman Greg Stanton, who will meet with members of the Asian community to discuss his work in Congress and his vision for the future. According to the organizers, the event will also serve as a platform to support his reelection campaign. Tea, refreshments, and nourishing soup will be provided for attendees.
