【本报讯】近日，谭华参茸行（Tan Hua Inc.）举办了第21期茶会品茶话养生活动，吸引了二十多位茶友与健康爱好者到场参加。活动现场气氛温馨，参与者在品茶交流的同时，也学习到许多关于中医养生与草本调理的知识。

活动中，谭华参茸行东主Fanny特别为大家准备了一款健脾祛湿养生汤（Spleen-Supporting & Dampness-Relieving Wellness Soup）。这款汤以多种传统食材搭配而成，包括白莲子、百合、雪梨干、雪耳（银耳）、茯苓、薏米、赤小豆以及五指毛桃等。

Fanny介绍，这款汤属于温和调养型配方，传统上被认为具有清润滋养、健脾调理和日常养生的特点。通过多种食材的平衡搭配，不仅口感清香，也适合作为日常饮食中的健康调理汤品。

在品汤与品茶的过程中，参与者纷纷分享了自己与草本茶和养生体验的故事：

Tan Hua Inc. Hosts 21st Tea and Wellness Gathering

Recently, Tan Hua Inc., a renowned herbal and wellness shop in Mesa, held its 21st tea and wellness gathering, attracting more than twenty tea enthusiasts and health conscious community members. The event offered a warm and inviting atmosphere, where participants not only enjoyed tasting tea but also learned about traditional Chinese wellness practices and herbal remedies.

During the event, owner Fanny specially prepared a Spleen Supporting & Dampness Relieving Wellness Soup. This nourishing soup features a blend of traditional ingredients, including white lotus seeds, lily bulbs, dried snow pears, snow fungus, poria, job’s tears, adzuki beans, and five fingered Yig root. Fanny explained that the soup follows a gentle, balanced recipe, traditionally valued for moistening dryness, supporting digestion, and promoting daily wellness. The combination of ingredients creates a pleasant, fragrant flavor while serving as a healthy addition to the daily diet.

While tasting the soup and tea, participants eagerly shared their personal experiences with herbal teas and wellness practices:
