喜歡吃日本料理和壽司的朋友，Gilbert 最近又多了一個新選擇！新開業的 Matsu Sushi AYCE 主打 All You Can Eat，選擇非常豐富，接近 150款美食，除了各式壽司卷之外，還有刺身、握壽司、手卷、烤串、沙拉、前菜小吃、拉麵等，喜歡日本料理的朋友基本上都能找到自己喜歡的。

價格方面，午餐成人每位 $24.99，晚餐成人每位$38.99；晚餐兒童價格分別為 $16.99 及 $9.99（依年齡而定）。以接近150款美食任點任吃來說，選擇相當豐富。

這次品嚐下來，壽司食材新鮮，種類選擇豐富。其中雞肉烤串頗有特色，表面烤至微微焦香，內裡仍保持嫩滑多汁，火候掌握得恰到好處，再配上帶有淡淡蜜糖甜味的醬汁，甜鹹平衡，整體口感和味道都相當不錯，吃完一串真的會想再叫一串。

他們的 Teriyaki 前菜也很值得試，有牛肉、雞肉和三文魚可以選。Teriyaki 醬汁是老闆自己調製的，所以味道不是一般現成醬汁那種單純的甜，吃起來更有層次。我自己尤其喜歡Teriyaki三文魚，三文魚本身香嫩，加上醬汁之後非常入味。

If you love Japanese food and sushi, there’s a new place to check out in Gilbert! The newly opened Matsu Sushi AYCE offers an extensive all you can eat menu featuring nearly 150 items. In addition to a wide variety of sushi rolls, you’ll also find sashimi, nigiri, hand rolls, grilled skewers, salads, appetizers, ramen and much more. There’s something for just about every Japanese food lover!

Lunch is $24.99 per adult, while dinner is $38.99 per adult. Children’s dinner prices are $16.99 or $9.99, depending on age. With nearly 150 items available to order, there are plenty of choices for everyone.

During our visit, we found the sushi fresh and the selection impressive. One of the highlights was the chicken skewers. They were lightly charred on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside. The skewers were served with a slightly sweet, honey flavored sauce that had a nice balance of sweet and savory. They were so good that we immediately wanted to order another round!

The teriyaki appetizers are also worth trying, with beef, chicken and salmon options available. The owner makes the teriyaki sauce in house, so it has more depth and flavor than the typical store-bought sauce, which can sometimes be overly sweet. My personal favorite was the teriyaki salmon. The salmon was tender and flavorful, and the homemade sauce made it even more delicious.

If you enjoy hand rolls, Matsu Sushi also offers plenty of options. Each one is made fresh to order with different kinds of fish and toppings, and both the flavor and portion size are satisfying.

With sashimi, sushi rolls, grilled skewers, appetizers, ramen and much more available to order, Matsu Sushi AYCE offers a great variety and good food. Overall, it definitely feels like you’re getting your money’s worth!
