2025年6月4日，由亚省美国华人联盟（UCAAZ）发起，亚省中国餐馆协会、亚利桑那中华商会、大凤凰城华人侨团联合总会及亚省华联共同主办的“Food of Love 爱心送餐”活动圆满结束。此次公益行动为期两天，共向亚利桑那州多个城市的警察局和消防局送出超过1100份精心准备的便当，感谢第一线守护社区安全的英雄们。

谭华参茸行作为此次活动的赞助商之一，特别负责为Mesa市的警察局和消防局送餐。店主Fanny表示：“非常感谢梅萨商会的Sally在协调沟通中的大力支持，让我们得以用一份中餐传递爱心，送到Mesa的警察局和消防局。非常感谢梅萨警察局奋战在一线守护我们的安全，让我们能够安心在这里生活经商，也让顾客们在更安全舒适的环境中购物。”

Fanny感慨地说：“你们始终奋战在一线，为我们的安全默默付出，令人敬佩。我们送上的便当虽然微不足道，但承载着我们真挚的感激之情——用美食传递爱，非常感谢你们！”

此次“Food of Love”公益活动不仅展现了华人社区的团结和温暖，也加强了社区与执法、消防等公共服务部门的联系与理解。谭华参茸行的实际行动，正是这份“爱”的真实写照。

Tan Hua Inc Participates in “Food of Love 2025” Meal Donation Event

On June 4, 2025, the two-day “Food of Love” event successfully wrapped up. This charitable initiative was launched by United Chinese Americans of Arizona (UCAAZ), and co-organized by the Arizona Chinese Restaurant Association, Arizona Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Chinese United Association, and United Chinese Association of Arizona . Over 1,100 lunch boxes were delivered to police and fire departments across multiple cities in Arizona to thank the first responders who help keep our communities safe.

As one of the sponsors, Tan Hua Inc. was responsible for delivering lunch boxes to the Mesa Police and Fire Departments. Store owner Fanny said, “We are very thankful for Sally from the Mesa Chamber of Commerce for her great support and coordination. Thanks to her help, we were able to deliver love and appreciation in the form of Chinese food to the Mesa police and fire stations. We are truly grateful to the Mesa Police Department for protecting our safety so we can live and run our business with peace of mind. This also helps our customers shop in a safer and more comfortable environment.”

Fanny added, “You work so hard on the front lines, and your dedication to our safety is truly admirable. These lunch boxes may be small, but they carry our sincere thanks — sharing love through food. Thank you!”

This “Food of Love” campaign not only showed the unity and warmth of the Chinese community but also strengthened the connection between the community and public service departments like police and fire. Tan Hua Inc.’s actions are a true reflection of that spirit of love.
